I have completed the Staines 10K on Sunday May 13th and the Elmbridge 10K on Sunday 22nd July. Now I am upping the distance to ten miles as I take part in the Great South Run on Sunday 28th October.

Again I will be raising funds for the charity Children with Cancer UK
